Site Acquisition & Zoning—Identification of viable site candidates based on network needs per radio frequency search-ring release data. Involves a thorough evaluation of all possibilities on the basis of network need, landlord interest, rent pricing, zoning and permitting likelihood, and construction cost viability. Site Link personnel have a big picture perspective on the complete process of getting a site built and on-air, so they take multiple factors into consideration to avoid wasted time and delays in the overall process.

Site Hardening/Site Modification—Enhancement or changes made to existing sites within a network. This can involve antenna swaps, equipment room expansions, generator adds (especially in homeland security hotspots and hurricane prone areas), rad center changes, and new technology emergence (4G). Site Link personnel have extensive experience in all of these areas and understand that modifications are usually in response to capacity problems and network dependability issues. This is at the core of carrier customer retention. Project Management—The ability to lead a team of people capable of providing a multi-disciplined approach to network build-outs. This means that these managers have a working knowledge of RF engineering, site acquisition, zoning and permitting, construction, field operations, switch and fixed network operations, and finally budget management. Site Link managers have a minimum of 5 years of wireless industry experience and have had extensive experience in each of these areas. They are also natural born leaders and understand that no group can be successful without the proper leadership at the helm. They know how to bring the best out of each representing group and bring them all towards the common goal of site on-air.

Construction Management—The ability to monitor the progress on any site build-out, manage construction vendors, track the ordering and procurement of materials to ensure timely arrival, and having complete confidence that the site will be construction complete on schedule as promised. Site Link construction managers have tons of experience building and modifying cell sites. They know that the defining measure of any good build-out is the quality completion of construction within the timeframe originally promised. They are also keenly aware that many hands touch a cell site to get it constructed, so they are managers of the highest caliber who know that the core value of top-notch construction management is accountability.

RF Design & Implementation—The expertise to work with carrier clients to provide network design and implementation both on a macro and micro site level. Site Link personnel have experience working with carrier RF groups to help in the design and development of their macro site network. They know how to evaluate network hot spots that are suffering under capacity loads as well as network dead spots where new service is needed that did not previously exist. Our in-building personnel are specialized in micro site design/implementation and have extensive experience providing service-enhancing solutions for some of the most noteworthy clients along the East Coast. Some of these clients include major sports franchise stadiums, resorts, hotels, convention centers, hospitals, corporate office complexes, and government buildings.
